The position to be assumed by Mr. Lam Chee Hong from Ms. Anna Maria Braun is the position of President of B. Braun Medical Industries Sdn. Bhd. [Company registration number: 197401001922 (19051-H)] and the Asia Pacific region.

Mr. Lam for the time being retain his responsibilities as Managing Director B. Braun Medical Supplies Sdn. Bhd. and B. Braun Singapore Pte. Ltd., as well as Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing Asia Pacific.

We would like to thank Mr. Lam for his commitment and contribution to B. Braun's success in the Asia Pacific region, and we wish him continued success in his new areas of responsibility.
