B. Braun India wins another award this week - 2020 Working Mother & Avtar100 Best Companies for Women in India. In the month of September, B. Braun India was recognized as one of India’s 100 Best Workplaces for Women 2020 by the Great Place to Work-Certified™ Institute.

This is the second time that B. Braun is recognized by the AVTAR Group and Working Mother Media.

In recognition of B. Braun's contributions towards building sustainable careers for women, AVTAR Group and Working Mother Media had listed B. Braun as one of the 100 Best Companies for Women in India (BCWI) in their earlier edition of the awards in 2018.

The Avatar group conducts this study with its stellar 34-year legacy in the US, and has had three successful runs in India from 2016 – 2018. Its study comprises of a comprehensive gender analytics exercise for Corporate India whereas Great Place to Work^® Institute is a global authority on building, sustaining and recognizing high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures.

Women in India usually handle dual responsibilities of managing the household chores along with dealing with their career assignments. They face a lot of challenges in terms of balancing their professional and personal life.
